My theoretical approach is eclectic.  I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and many other approaches, depending on what suits your situation.
Life can be messy, beautiful, sad, inspiring and so many other things.  When we are flexible in our expectations and rooted in our values, we can navigate the ups and downs in life with more ease.

I have my Masters Degree in Counselling, am registered in BC as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and have gathered years of experience helping clients navigate the stresses of life.
