I know how overwhelming life can be at times. 


I know that change can seem impossible.


Sometimes we are barely holding it together and need help.  Counselling can help you to create change.


I have my Masters Degree in Counselling, am licensed in BC as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and have gathered years of experience helping clients navigate the stresses of life.  


As I partner with you on your journey, my goal is:

  • to provide space for you to reflect on where you are

  • to help you identify what you value

  • and to take manageable steps towards living a life that feels less stressful, more meaningful and authentic, and more at ease.

  • effectively managing chronic pain
  • navigating work and life stress

  • getting along with their spouse when life is overwhelming
  • anxiety and exhaustion
  • caring for older parents or a family member with illness
  • feeling unsettled and dissatisfied with life

My counselling approach is eclectic.  I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Slow Graded Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and various other strategies to create an approach that is tailored to you.
