What kind of support are you looking for?
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or another clinical mental health diagnosis, it is best to work with me in a counselling relationship OR work with your own therapist while we focus on coaching together.
I have worked with both counsellors and coaches at different points in my life and have found immense support and personal benefit from both.
